Our cats went nuts over this toy. The way the feathers spin, the noise they make - it really does sound like fluttering wings. Still the favorite, every time it's brought out. It's the only toy that can get my older, arthritic cat moving, which he does need to do.
I much prefer this original one-piece rod to the one that comes apart. The original may not be as convenient to store, but I find that the one that comes apart for storage does exactly the same thing when my cats play with it. It's taped together now but is still a bit unreliable, so we've bought a couple of the solid pole versions and are much happier with them.

Great Toy!, 2008-02-20
I have had this for a year and a half now and my cat still can't get enough of it. She loves it!!! It's by far her favorite toy and you can't beat the price. You will probably have to replace the feathers at some point but what do you expect. Great product!!

Da Bird is Da Best, 2008-02-13
My cat thinks this is the BEST toy ever! She races around in circles, and jumps way off the ground after it. She even races off with the feather in her mouth, with the rod attached. We all have a blast with this one! I purchased additional feathers for it, because I'm sure we will need them very soon! I highly recommend Da Bird!!!
